We're looking for an organized, dependable, and people-focused professional to help lead the daily operations of our Kumon Center.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist students and families
- Manage schedules, attendance, and parent communication
- Support enrollment and new student onboarding
- Grade classwork and homework accurately
- Assist students during class and maintain a positive learning environment
- Support Early Learners and monitor student progress
- Coordinate daily center operations and administrative tasks
- Assist with staff support and classroom management
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable with technology and learning new systems
- Experience in education, administration, customer service, or leadership preferred
- Enjoys working with children and families
Schedule
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 2:00 PM – 6:45 PM
Tuesday: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Tuesday: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
